MJ said it right!

MJ said it right!

Start with the man in the mirror! What's wrong with the world wanting to change the others??? Change the society??? Change the world??? We can't even change ourselves, how can we change the world????

The world is full of hatred, war, shits, craps, because of us wanting to change the world! Politicians say they want to change the world, and every politicians said that. So how many world are they changing. Because of this so-called worlds they are creating, people split. People hate one another! Shit.

People want to rid poverty! Fuck if we can't even save food, and destroy the environment. Fuck if we are so greedy, that we only care for ourselves. And then we pretend that we care for the poverty by joining so-called famine camps.

People want peace! Fuck if we can't even love our own family. We can't even respect and love our parents, children, neighbours, fuck if we want peace. And then we pretend that we want peace, but we support nuclear weapons! No? But the fuck we vote for parties who support nuclear and arms?

People want heaven! But fuck if we can't even love other religions? Fuck shit if we even have wars because of religion??? All want to convert one another at a point of sword! And we call this heaven??? We're in living hell.

MJ said it right!
Start with the men in the mirror. Don't go changing others, if we can't even change ourselves? Don't go making things worse, if we can't even take care of our problem.

The following was written on the tomb of an Anglican Bishop in Westminster Abby (1100 A.D.)

When I was young and free and my imagination had no limits, I dreamed of changing the world. As I grew older and wiser, I discovered the world would not change, so I shortened my sights somewhat and decided to change only my country.

But it, too, seemed immovable.

As I grew into my twilight years, in one last desperate attempt, I settled for changing only my family, those closest to me, but alas, they would have none of it.

And now, as I lie on my deathbed, I suddenly realize: If I had only changed myself first, then by example I would have changed my family.

From their inspiration and encouragement, I would then have been able to better my country, and who knows, I may have even changed the world.

Allah

Many non-muslim people in the world has turn their head against all the muslim in the world. And some even relate Allah is a devil. People think Allah teaches the muslim in the world to be a terrorist, to kill people and when they do these, they will liberate the killed one and himself to go to heaven. No, Nabi Mohammad did not teach those nonsense. Allah is not for the killers. Allah is for the loving one, the compassionate one and the meditative one. People down the centuries has been interpreting the message of Nabi and Allah wrongly. Why? People has ignorant mind, people has ego. They think they know, but they don't know actually. I, you, we, they must be open-minded. To be open minded is to be open to fragrance of all the religions. To be open minded is not to be judgemental. To be open minded is to investigate. To be open minded is to love.

This is a very beautiful poem by Jalaluddin Rumi on Allah I'd like to share with you all.

I tried to find Him on the Christian cross, but He
was not there; I went to the Temple of the
Hindus and to the old pagodas, but I could not
find a trace of Him anywhere.

I searched on the mountains and in the valleys
but neither in the heights nor in the depths was I
able to find Him. I went to the Ka'bah in Mecca,
but He was not there either.

I questioned the scholars and philosophers but
He was beyond their understanding.

I then looked into my heart and it was there
where He dwelled that I saw Him; He was
nowhere else to be found.

The mind is a powerful influencing machine

Mind is a powerful influencing machine. Yes, it's from your blog title, Stephen. :)

It can help us, it can kill us.
Ego is of the mind, No-ego is of the heart.
Mind is very cunning.
It tricks us. Taking the false as the truth, and the truth as the false.
It stuck us all with all the old dogmas, superstitious, rules.
It never allows us to question the authority.
It feeds on knowledge. The more it has, the bigger the ego.
Bigger ego but zero knowing.
Bigger knowledge but zero understanding.

The ego mind is tricking me again now. Damn
